Setup Guide

Follow these steps to get TrustLoop running for real, not just in memory.

1

Create a Supabase project

Sign up at supabase.com, create a new project, and run the included supabase-schema.sql in the SQL Editor.

2

Add Supabase keys

Copy SUPABASE_URL and SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY into your .env.local and Netlify environment.

3

Set the public URL

Set NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL to your live domain, e.g. https://trustloop-n3k0.netlify.app.

4

Connect Stripe (optional)

Create a $9/mo product, copy STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, NEXT_PUBLIC_STRIPE_PRICE_ID, and add a webhook for /api/billing/webhook.

5

Connect Resend (optional)

Verify your sender domain, add RESEND_API_KEY and RESEND_FROM to .env.local and Netlify.

6

Deploy

Push to GitHub and import the repo in Netlify. Set build command to npm run build and publish to .next.

Environment variables

Copy the values from env.example into.env.local. The only required ones for real usage are SUPABASE_URL, SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY,SESSION_SECRET, and NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL.
